1/2 cup Leccino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large frying pan saute garlic in Leccino.
Add shrimp and cook until they are pink, stirring continuously.
When shrimp are cooked, add lemon, wine, salt, and pepper, and stir.
Serve in bowl with crusty sour dough bread and salad to accompany.
