Antipodean Produce is a small grove visible from the Western Highway as you drive past the township of Dimboola in the Wimmera Region of Victoria.
The grove consists of plantings of Frantioi, Leccino, Picual, Giant Kalamata and Sevillano. Each variety of olive is different in taste and we bottle oils as pure cultivars rather than as a blend. Olives are picked in middle maturity resulting in a mild peppery taste and good shelf life.
Pressing occurs as soon as possible after picking to ensure there is no deterioration in quality. Although not yet organically certified, our trees are loved and cared for in this semi- desert prime environment.
Enjoy the produce of our labour.
